In lieu of doing homework this afternoon I painted my nails. Well, I did do homework, but I took less than necessary breaks (more specifically, vanity breaks).
It was fun.

And I discovered two daphne plants on campus. There are white flowering trees everywhere in Columbia, and, while they look nice, they do not smell good at all. Thank goodness for the heavenly daphne.
The azaleas are starting to bloom, as well, with no smell. So it was a pleasant surprise when I took a different path to class and got a whiff of daphne.
