Reading and Reflecting

Remaining in Christ requires us to focus on... our need to spend time being with God in silence and solitude. That may include a weekend away at a retreat center, but it need not. Our inner world can become a monastery where we sit with God in the middle of a busy life.

I actually have a monastery I go to when I need a day with God. (More time then my usual quiet time).. It amazes me always how quiet it is up there, and how reverent everything seems..

If you want to know my place let me know, it's a short drive and a great place to sit and read and pray.. not to mention there are real monks, and chanting and stuff too.. :-)
