well, none of them are near me, so I say keep looking. I would say #1, it is RIGHT by our old place, and the location is perfect, you get hawthorne and belmont and can still walk to the cool stuff on 28th (hello Bonfire). But - at least when we were there, there were a few loud parties in the parking lot. I don't know, maybe three a summer, but if you hate that sort of thing, it's good to know.
#3 looks the nicest from the outside, but I noticed #2 has a dishwasher and an electric fireplace. Having a dishwasher is SO very wonderful, so I might go with that one just for that feature, unless #3 also has one. :)
